SOLACE Enterprises

SOLACE Enterprises is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Society of Local Authority Chief Executives. Previous Non-Executive Directorships

Health Development Agency.

The Health Development Agency operated from 2000-2005 as the national authority on what works to improve people's health and to reduce health inequalities. Ken served as a non-executive director from 2000 to 2005, chairing the Board’s Resources and Audit Committees and was Vice-Chairman of the Board from 2002-2005.

Institute Of Public Finance

IPF is the commercial arm of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), the leading professional accountancy body for public services. CIPFA sets and monitors professional standards and has the highest reputation for its courses and training in accountancy and financial management.

Ken was a member of the IPF Board and Vice-Chairman of the company from 2004-2008.
