Michael Holliday met his idol, Bing Crosby, on several occasions, and two of them were captured on record. The first meeting was in May 1959, when Mike and his wife, Margie, travelled to California for a pre-arranged meeting with Bing. The second encounter captured on film was at Coombe Hill Golf Club in October 1960.
